If the item(s) you have ordered are in stock we will do our best to get it to you as soon as possible. For products in stock, delivery normally takes around 2 – 5 working days from the time of order.

Terms & Conditions

  1. All prices are in GBP sterling and inclusive of VAT. You can pay by most major credit/debit cards. We are under no obligation to accept your order. Prices, offers and products are subject to availability and may change at any time prior to acceptance of your order. We will inform you of any change.
  2. Equipment will not be dispatched until payment has been received. If your goods are not in stock, we will order the goods for you after payment has cleared. Please note that all payments by cheque will be subject to a five day clearing period. We aim to deliver all items in stock to UK mainland addresses, normally within five working days. If a product is not in stock please allow up to 30 days for delivery. If, after the 30 day period your stock has not arrived we will offer you a full refund.
  3. All orders made on the website indicate an invitation to deal with that order. Orders will only become accepted once payment has been processed. You have a right to cancel your order for any reason within 7 days provided that your goods have not been dispatched.
  4. Upon inspection damaged or faulty goods will be replaced or a full refund made. Claims must be made promptly by making contact as soon as possible. This does not apply to faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or everyday wear and tear.
  5. If you have ordered the wrong size or wish to return goods for any reason other than they are damaged or faulty, then you must contact us first for instructions. Contact form, click here. Please note we are unable to exchange goods or give refunds after 7 days of receipt unless there is a fault with the product and the manufacturer agrees to replace it.
  6. CJI Clothing Ltd provides a safe on-line ordering system using paypal, credit card orders placed through the web site are done so entirely at your own risk. We do not store your card details and all information supplied to us is used solely by CJI Clothing Ltd to process your order. We never pass your details on to third parties. Payment by credit card are protected against fraud.
  7. Sales on this site are governed by English law and you agree to submit any dispute to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. By submitting an order you are indicating unequivocal acceptance of these terms and conditions.
  8. Gift vouchers purchased on the CJI Clothing Ltd website can only be redeemed against the purchase of goods on the CJI Clothing Ltd website and has no cash value. All gift vouchers have to be redeemed within 12 months of purchase where after they will become invalid.

Returns & Replacements

Damaged or faulty goods
Claims for damaged or faulty goods must be made promptly by completing our on-line returns form. Click here to access it. This does not apply to faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or everyday wear and tear. Upon inspection we will replace the item or refund your money. Return postage costs will be reimbursed up to a maximum of £6.50 if a receipt of postage is included. We recommend returning your goods by recorded delivery. We are unable to refund the cost of special delivery.

Returning goods
If you have ordered the wrong size, or wish to return goods for any reason other than they are damaged or faulty, then you must complete our on-line returns form. Click here to access it. We will exchange the item or refund your money (we are unable to refund carriage) less a 15% restocking fee to cover our existing postage and processing costs. Your return can be rejected if the condition of the returned goods is not to our satisfaction and in its original packaging. Please note we are unable to exchange goods or give refunds after 7 days of receipt unless there is a fault with the product and the manufacturer agrees to replace it.

Ordering

Ordering and purchasing products is made easy on CJI Clothing Ltd. Simply find the product you would like to buy, select the size, colour and weight where applicable, and then add the product to your shopping basket. After that you can proceed by checking out, where you will then be directed to our Check Process. Our checkout order form requires you to give us your contact information, such as name, address and email address. This allows us to process and fulfil your order or request.

Payment and Pricing

All payments are made using the Sagepay system using their secure server.You will receive an email confirmation to confirm your purchase. Upon receiving notification of your transaction we will endeavour to process your order with 1 working day. Please note that all prices on the site include VAT.
